At DreamAircraft, we took all the extra steps and gave special attention to every little detail that would make the difference between creating a good kit plane and creating a great kit plane.

Fail-safe hole pattern

DreamAircraft took the « matched holes process » and took it one step further. Because the washout is built-in, every rib is slightly different and DreamAircraft wanted to find a way to prevent customers from mixing the ribs up on assembly. The solution was to create a slightly different hole pattern for each rib. Thus, assembling the ribs to the spars is, again, as easy as aligning the holes.
